Welcome to Bergwood!

Welcome to Bergwood!

Welcome, Amazing Parents!

Isn’t it incredible how fast our little ones grow? One moment, they’re tiny bundles of wonder, and the next, they’re off exploring the world with boundless curiosity. It’s like watching a time-lapse of a sprout stretching into a sunflower!

At Bergwood, we believe children deserve more. Better safety, higher quality, more thoughtful design. That’s why we create beautifully crafted, sustainable wooden toys and furniture that grow with your child. Bergwood was born from the same love and care you pour into your own little one. In a world of mass-produced plastic and endless recalls, we wanted something better for our child, for our friends’ children, and for families who share our values.

That’s why we handcraft every piece in our small Midwest workshop, using only the safest, most durable natural materials. Every Bergwood product is designed to encourage independence, creativity, and real hands-on learning, giving your child the tools they need to explore their world with confidence.

But we also know childhood is full of transitions.

As your child grows, they’ll eventually be ready for new adventures, and when that time comes, we’ve made it easy to pass the joy forward.

A Sustainable Way to Grow

Through our Play It Forward Program, families can donate gently used Bergwood items to bring the gift of play and learning to another child. In return, as a thank-you for choosing sustainability, we’re honored to offer 20% off your next Bergwood purchase.

It’s more than just a way to declutter, it’s about building a community that values quality, giving, and thoughtful living. Like a community garden, where each contribution helps something beautiful grow, this program allows us to nurture not just our children, but also the world they’ll inherit.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us. For choosing better. For choosing mindful. For choosing Bergwood.
