Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Bergwood pieces. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus a $25 return shipping and restocking fee.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To begin a return, please email us at support@bergwoodco.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For gifts, we can issue a Bergwood e-gift card of equal value.

 

Damages & Issues

We take great care in our craftsmanship and packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bergwoodco.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Exceptions

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend completing a return first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to post the refund.
