Personalized Name Rack

A place for their special little things - a little thing that makes them feel special. The Bergwood Personalized Coat Rack brings a child’s name into the everyday rhythm of getting dressed, putting things away, and heading out the door.

Handcrafted from European birch plywood in our small Midwest shop, each rack is made to order with your child’s name and your choice of two typefaces. It is equally at home in a nursery, bedroom, playroom, or family entryway.

Personalized just for them:

Add the name you’d like (up to 9 characters) and choose from our two available fonts. Both fonts are styled in lower case only.

• Font 1 — Handwritten (ex: Marlow):
  Our designer's handwritten typeface, for a whimsical, personal appearance.
• Font 2 — Modern (ex: Claire):
  A contemporary typeface with a classic feel.
  • Important: The Modern font cannot accommodate letters with descenders. Please do not select this font if the name contains g, j, p, q, or y.

This sign can accommodate a maximum of 8 characters. While we try to keep each piece as standardized as possible, exact sizing of the rack's height may depend on the number of letters in the name. 

All our products are made from locally sourced hardwood, hand crafted by parents like you in our Kansas City workshop, and coated with a non-toxic, child-safe finish. We make each of these pieces to order, ourselves. That means your piece gets actual care and attention, not just shipped in from an overseas factory.
